Bush at 68% approval!

...among republicans. That's down from 90+% over the last few years; but now, even they hate his chimperialness. Interestingly, his support among self-identified conservatives is at 52%, which to me foreshadows more "Bush is actually a liberal so it's not really our fault that he sucks so bad" stories. You see, "conservatism" - like communism - never really fails; it's only the shortcomings of people who turn out to be "liberals" - like Bush will soon be called, for example - that fail conservatism. No word yet on why they fail every single time, everywhere, without exception, always.

The rest of us hate the chimp 65% to 31%, which represents both the lowest point he's ever reached in Gallup, and the first time that haters patriots outnumber bootlickers by more than 2:1. He's also now statistically tied with Nixon the week before he resigned.

Oh, yeah, and speaking of which, Porter "Hummer" Goss' #3 guy at the CIA just resigned.
