It's pretty fair, at this point, to say that the "GOP" consists almost entirely of nutjobs - like Pat Robertson, Rick Santorum and Bill O'Lielly - and criminals, like Dan Abramoff, Rush Liarbarf, Tom DeLay, Bill Frist, "Scooter" Libby, Randy Cunningham, and Bob Ney, with a few assorted perverts like the gropernator thrown in for good measure. One could be politically correct, not to mention a bit nicer, and describe them as "inhabiting an alternative reality", "ethically challenged" and "sexually non-traditional", but that would merely mask the underlying problem. Certainly, if you're raising kids in America today, you shouldn't be looking to God's Own Circus for inspiration unless you want them to think shooting heroin behind the local 7/11 is an acceptable lifestyle choice.
