Rightwingers plow down crosses, flags

As my faithful readers know, Stalin was recently in a dispute with a young California (R) about the ostensible subject of unpatriotic art.

Now comes the news from Camp Casey in Crawford, Texas, that a deranged right-winger (I know, redundancy raises its head) has driven his pickup truck across a field of crosses and flags erected as a memorial to the troops that perished in Iraq. Now, call me crazy, but that seems pretty unpatriotic, no matter how you feel about Cindy Sheehan's magnificent vigil.

I suspect that there won't be an outpouring of outrage on the right wing about this bit of flag desecration. That would require principles, after all.
